1. Our Return Policy

At Automate Conversation, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Whether it’s a Cap Catcher or a Pro Baseball Cap,
we stand behind our products.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Digital services or custom marketing consulting are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
  • Process: To start a return, please contact us at support@automateconversation.com. Please include your order number.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Services & Digital Products

We provide marketing consultancy, automation strategies, and digital products (such as the Automate Conversation system).
All digital products are subject to the specific licensing terms provided at the time of purchase.
